Mindy Clark, MD

Dr. Mindy Clark received her medical degree from The University of Louisville School of Medicine (Kentucky), interned in internal medicine at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, and practiced her residency at the University of Louisville School of Medicine.

Dr. Clark served as the Medical Director for the Department of Justice in the State of Kentucky, overseeing the construction and licensure of the first skilled nursing home inside of a prison within the United States.

After five years, she sold her practice to attend law school at The University of Louisville School of Law (Kentucky). During this time she was a co-founder of the International Medical Spa Association and developed a consulting service advising physicians, business managers and investors in North America and Italy.

Returning to the United States, she continued her studies with the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), and is one of six individuals globally to achieve the Master Level of Instruction by TPI (Medical Professional Level III, Fitness Professional Level III, Golf Professional Level III, Junior Golf Development Level III and Biomechanics Level II).

Additionally, she serves on the Board of Directors for the Titleist Performance Institute’s Medical Advisory Board, the Southwest Center for History and Public Policy (NP), and Project America (NP). Dr. Clark has always maintained an interest in public policy, particularly pertaining to areas of medical interest and is politically connected at local, state and federal levels.
